HF Sourcing is a sourcing partner that helps international buyers connect with verified factories in the Pearl River Delta region of China. Our services include:

• Factory sourcing and matching
• Request for quotation (RFQ) management
• Factory audits and supplier verification
• Quality control and pre-shipment inspection
• Translation and communication support
• Logistics and export coordination

We act as your representative on the ground in China. We help you find, verify, and communicate with factories. We do not manufacture products ourselves, and we do not hold inventory.

What We Are Not

To avoid confusion, it is important to be clear about what we are not:

• We are not a trading company. We do not buy products from factories and resell them to you.
• We are not a factory. We do not produce goods.
• We do not take ownership of your orders. Your purchase contract is directly between you and the factory.
• We do not guarantee factory performance, product quality beyond our inspection reports, or on-time delivery. Our role is to verify, coordinate, and monitor — not to promise outcomes we cannot control.

User Responsibilities

When using our Site and services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting inquiries or requests
• Not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not attempt to interfere with the Site’s normal operation or security
• Not reproduce, duplicate, copy, or resell any part of the Site without our written permission
• Not submit false product requirements or impersonate another person
• Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials if we create an account for you

We accept common payment methods including bank transfer (T/T), PayPal, and other methods as agreed. Please refer to our Refund Policy for information on refunds.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Huizhou, Guangdong Province, China.
