What we look for

A solid language baseline is the hard requirement

★ Most important

Language proficiency

  • Able to handle free business conversation and professional spoken exchange
  • English at business level; Spanish and any additional languages are strongly welcome
  • Interpreting or translation experience is a plus, but a solid language baseline is required

On-site presence

  • Must arrive at the factory in person — no online, remote or written-only work
  • Available for factory visits across the Pearl River Delta
  • Comfortable accompanying buyers on the shop floor

Your mindset

  • Enthusiastic, confident and detail-oriented
  • Honest and neutral between buyer and supplier
  • Responsive and reliable on scheduled visit days
How it works

From applying to your first on-site visit

1

You apply

Tell us your language level, the languages you speak and the cities you cover.

2

Profile review

We review your language baseline and the hours you're available.

3

Match to a visit

When a buyer needs accompaniment at a factory visit, we match the job to you.

4

Interpret & settle

Interpret on site; after the service ends, payment is settled per the agreed schedule.

How you're paid

The service fee is split 50/50. Settlement happens after the buyer's service ends — paid daily or weekly depending on the project.
