Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of hongfengsourcing.com (the “Site”), operated by HONGFENGSOURCING (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a sourcing company based in Huizhou, Guangdong, China.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms on this page and revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

What We Do

HONGFENGSOURCING is a sourcing partner that helps international buyers connect with verified factories in the Pearl River Delta region of China. Our services include:

We act as your representative on the ground in China. We help you find, verify, and communicate with factories. We do not manufacture products ourselves, and we do not hold inventory.

All services are formalized through a written service agreement signed by both parties. We are responsible only for the scope of work, service standards, and delivery timelines explicitly defined in the service agreement. Matters not stipulated in the agreement do not constitute our obligations.

What We Are Not

To avoid confusion, it is important to be clear about what we are not:

• We are not a trading company. We do not buy products from factories and resell them to you.
• We are not a factory. We do not produce goods.
• We do not take ownership of your orders. Your purchase contract is directly between you and the factory.
• We receive no commissions from factories. Our income comes from the transparent fees you pay us, never from factory rebates.
• We do not guarantee product quality beyond our inspection reports, or on-time delivery. Our role is to verify, coordinate, and monitor — not to promise outcomes we cannot control.

No Factory Kickbacks — Our Contractual Promise

We do not accept commissions, rebates, kickbacks, or any form of hidden payment from factories or suppliers in exchange for recommending or favoring them. This is not a marketing slogan — it is a contractual commitment.

To report a concern, contact us directly at service@hongfengsourcing.com with supporting evidence. We will investigate within 3 business days and provide a written response.

This commitment is written into every service agreement we sign. It is how we do business.

User Responsibilities

When using our Site and services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting inquiries or requests
• Not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not reproduce, duplicate, copy, or resell any part of the Site without our written permission
• Not submit false product requirements or impersonate another person
• Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials if we create an account for you
• Honor the signed service agreement: within 3 months after we introduce a factory to you under that agreement, please work with the factory through HONGFENGSOURCING rather than contacting it on your own.
  • Adding the factory’s staff on WeChat, WhatsApp, or other personal contact channels behind our back;
  • Calling, emailing, or visiting the factory directly;
  • Exchanging business cards or contact details with the factory at trade fairs, exhibitions, or other events;
  • Asking a third party to pass messages or arrange contact with the factory on your behalf;
  • Discussing samples, prices, or orders outside our cooperation;
  • Placing an order with the factory without HONGFENGSOURCING’s involvement.

  If you contact the factory directly or place an order outside our cooperation during this period, you will no longer be covered by HONGFENGSOURCING’s service terms. HONGFENGSOURCING will not be responsible for any product quality, shipping, delivery, pricing, or after-sales issues caused by such direct contact, and we will not compensate for any losses arising from such contact.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, articles, images, logos, design, and the blog system — is the property of HONGFENGSOURCING or its content creators and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may view and share our content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute our articles or other content without written permission.

The blog articles we publish are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice.

Disclaimers

The Site and all content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not warrant that:

• The Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times
• The information on the Site is complete, accurate, or up to date at all times
• The quality of any products, services, or information obtained through the Site will meet your expectations
• Any factory we recommend will always deliver on time or meet quality expectations

We provide information and coordination services. Actual product manufacturing and delivery are the responsibility of the factories you choose to work with.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HONGFENGSOURCING shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Site
• Any products or services obtained through the Site
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Factory delays, quality issues, or disputes between you and a supplier
• Any conduct of third-party factories or service providers

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim. For any single service claim, our liability shall not exceed the fee you paid for that specific service.

Note: The above limitation does not apply to our contractual promise under “No Factory Kickbacks” above. In cases of verified hidden factory payments, our liability is as stated in that section.

Third-Party Service Providers

QC inspection, translation, and logistics coordination services are provided by verified third-party professionals or organizations that we have selected and vetted. We are responsible for the selection, coordination, and process oversight of these third-party providers on your behalf.

If a third-party provider fails to deliver services in accordance with the agreed standard, we commit to the following:

• We initiate an investigation within 24 hours of receiving your feedback and provide a written investigation report within 3 business days;
• We assist you in pursuing remedies against the third-party provider, including but not limited to requesting rework, arranging a replacement provider, or recovering corresponding fees;
• For third-party service fees that we collect and remit on your behalf, if the third party fails to provide the corresponding services, we are responsible for refunding that portion of the fees to you.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages caused by third-party service failures, including but not limited to commercial losses arising from logistics delays. Our liability for third-party service failures is limited to the fees we collected for that specific service.

Third-Party Links

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites, including factory websites, customs information pages, and trade resources. These links are provided for your convenience only.

We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party websites. Accessing third-party websites is at your own risk.

Fees and Payment

Service fees are confirmed in writing before any work begins and outlined in your signed service agreement. Services may be quoted as fixed project fees, per-day rates, or hourly rates based on your requirements. To discuss your needs and receive a written quotation, please contact us.

For specific pricing based on your product and order volume, please contact us for a transparent quotation.

By engaging our services, you agree to pay the fees as outlined in your service agreement or quote. We accept payment via bank transfer (T/T). Other payment methods may be agreed upon in writing on a case-by-case basis.

Política de reembolso

You have the right to request a full refund of service fees paid under any of the following circumstances:

• We fail to deliver services within the timeframes and to the standards specified in the service agreement;
• We commit a material breach of the service agreement that renders the contractual purpose unattainable;
• Both parties mutually agree to terminate the agreement, and you are not in breach of any contractual obligation.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing (via email or other means specified in the service agreement) with a clear statement of the reason for the refund. We will complete our review and provide a written response within 3 business days of receiving a complete application. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

This Refund Policy does not apply to service terminations caused by your own reasons, including but not limited to providing incorrect information, unilaterally canceling completed work, or failing to provide necessary cooperation.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the competent people’s court located in Huizhou, Guangdong, China, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
